Tijjani M. Borodo was the founding partner of Tijjani M. Borodo and Associates. He was the pioneer Company Secretary of FBN Holdings Plc (FBNHoldings) who oversaw the process of admitting FBNHoldings to the Premium Board of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Mr. Bashir M. Wali was the Acting Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Nigeria Export-Import Bank (NEXIM) between February, 2016 – April 2017. He is a founding Partner of Tijjani M.Borodo Associates.

Mr. Aminu M. Yakasai was the Head Legal Services of Afribank Bank Nigeria Plc between 2010 – 2012. Prior to this, he was the Regional Legal Manager in-charge of Kano Region which included the entire North East.

Mr Mahmoud holds a law degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, a BL from the Nigerian Law School and a master degree in Law from University of Lagos and is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, International Arbitration Centre Agel Gate, London.
